I had a messed up celling from a water leak, they came in, cut out the mess, and replaced it. Not an easy job, it was repaired quickly in one day. Excellent work and awesome guys, easy to work with. A coworker referred Ochoa Construction and I’m grateful for it! They were fast, accommodating, tidy, and pleasant. It was also a fair price for painting walls, ceiling, and trim in rooms and a hallway. Ochoa’s Construction did an absolutely wonderful job of removing old wallpaper in a bedroom and bath. Once removed they readied the rooms for painting and painted them in the colors we selected. The rooms were finished quickly. I had a small request on one of the rooms and they came back the next day and resolved my request. I have gotten compliments on the rooms from family who had seen the rooms prior to their upgrade. Owner is very dedicated to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. His team is well equipped and rather quick. They are dedicated to getting the job done in a timely manner and with great professionalism. We had vinyl siding replaced on the entire front of our home and it took 3 days for complete tear down and replacement. Update January 2026: just had them paint our staircase hallway which includes a high vaulted ceiling. We chose red as an accent wall color and it required several extra coats to cover properly. They put in additional time to make sure the red wall was up to their standards. Great service as usual and we’ll give them a call next time we need flooring, painting, power washing, whatever! Ochoa's Construction LLC has done several projects at my house over the years - painting, power washing, and most recently replacing disgusting cat-urine-soaked carpet with beautiful waterproof LVP. The flooring job became more involved than expected due to the level of damage to the subfloor once the carpet was removed, but Juan and his team went above and beyond to make sure that they gave it extra care and detail and it turned out perfectly! They were flexible with their time based on my work schedule which was VERY appreciated.
